重要通知：加拿大邮政罢工预警

根据加拿大物流服务商最新消息，预测自2025年5月22日起，加拿大邮政将开始罢工。此次罢工对邮件和包裹处理服务预计会造成严重影响，我们对此深表歉意，为将加拿大邮政罢工影响降至最低，Superbuy加拿大路向的物流服务将做以下调整：

一、邮政类线路

目前邮政类线路末端全部使用加拿大邮政派送服务，加拿大邮政罢工将导致包裹积压，在途包裹无法派送及退回至其他服务商海外仓，罢工结束将恢复服务，且由于包裹积压，送达时效无法保证，建议您谨慎选择邮政类线路寄送。

涉及线路：

EMS特惠-HZ/E特快-HB/EMS-HN/EUB-HB/SAL/EUB-HZ/EMS经济线-HZ

二、专线类线路

目前部分物流商末端已全部转成商业派送（UNI/UPS），部分UNI/UPS商业派送无法覆盖区域将无法发货，涉及邮编以提包界面是否支持服务为准。

涉及线路：

普货空运专线/特货空运专线/特货海运专线/云途空运专线（普货）/云途空运专线（带电）/顺丰小包/加拿大海运专线/欧美免税空运经济专线（普货）/欧美免税空运经济专线（带电）

三、快递类线路

受加拿大罢工影响，UPS/DHL等快递线路预测会大幅增量导致包裹严重积压，造成延误，时效将无法保证。

涉及线路：

UPS(HK)-5500/香港DHL特惠/香港UPS/香港UPS特惠/香港DHL特惠大货/香港UPS(20KG+)/香港UPS(44KG+)

目前暂无罢工结束消息，无法预测服务恢复时间，最新进展我们将通过官网及社交媒体更新谈判进展。
