Tariff Risk Advisory for FedEx/UPS/DHL International Express Packages to the U.S.

Dear Superbuy Users,   According to notifications from logistics providers, due to changes in U.S. tariff policies (effective May 2, 2025), packages sent via FedEx/UPS/DHL international express routes to the U.S. are subject to the following tariff risks. Please be aware: 1, High Probability of Tariffs a. All packages (including but not limited to samples and document shipments) may be subject to tariffs. b. The courier companies adopt either the “pay duties first, then deliver” or “deliver first, then pay duties” (duty invoices may be delayed) model . In the “deliver first, then pay duties” model, if the recipient fails to pay duties on time, the courier company will authorize the carrier to collect the duties on their behalf, and Superbuy will deduct the fees from your account based on the courier company's bill and customs duty invoice. c. The courier company will unconditionally recover the taxes stated on the bill, as well as any miscellaneous fees arising from refusal, loss of contact, or failure to pay on time, with no time limit for recovery and no acceptance of appeals. 2, Recommended Actions a. ✅ Preferentially choose non-FedEx/UPS/DHL international express routes. b. ✅ To reduce the risk of tariffs, please send packages to the U.S. as soon as possible.
