📜 Value-added Service Upgrade Feedback Collection 📜 Looking to 2025, we invite you to share your suggestions and expectations as we work together to create an even better shopping experience! 📅Activity Period:January 20, 2025, to February 18, 2025 (Beijing Time) 🙋‍♀️How to Participate:Leave your feedback and suggestions on the service upgrade page, including your satisfaction level, any issues faced during use, and your expectations for the service upgrades. 😊 Feel free to share your suggestions on social media platforms to garner support and likes from your friends! 🏆Reward Rules:
Basic Reward: Upon approval of your suggestion, you will receive 100 credits. Excellent Reward: If your suggestion is officially recognized as "excellent," you will receive an additional 2000 credits. The criteria for evaluating excellent suggestions include but are not limited to, innovation, practicality, and potential impact on service improvement. Super Reward: Among all suggestions deemed "excellent," we will evaluate their implementation value and complexity to select several "super excellent" contributors, who will receive cash rewards ranging from CN¥10 to CN¥200. We encourage everyone to actively share their valuable suggestions! Reward Distribution:Credit rewards will be credited to your Superbuy account after your suggestion is approved (credits can be used to offset international shipping fees, with 100 credits equal to CN ¥1 ). Cash rewards will be distributed to the winners' Superbuy accounts on February 26, 2025 (the reward funds can be used for placing orders or offsetting international shipping fees but cannot be withdrawn).
*Superbuy reserves the right to the final interpretation of this activity. Any questions or disputes will be addressed according to Superbuy's official guidelines. Superbuy eagerly anticipates your active participation! Together, let's build a superior overseas shopping service experience!

Allow us to change the name of the parcel label when it enters the warehouse - sometimes sellers listings labels are too long or incorrect so letting us change the label would be very helpful
