POD is a personalized value-added service provided by Superbuy, which can help you customize unique gifts by printing patterns on the physical items you purchase.

2.Cups (with pasting of customized logos supported)
3.Outer packaging (with pasting of customized patterns, screen printing, codes praying supported)
Note: Customized products and services are not eligible for Return & Exchange;products like clothes, hats, and pillows shall come in a solid color without patterns!
Howto Use Superbuy POD Service
Step 1: Contact our customer service to check whether the items you choose can be customized, and, if so, provide your custom patterns and requirements (such as the patterns you need, their size, where to print them, the quantity of your customized items, etc.)
Step 2: Provide the DI of your customized products
Step 3: Pay for the customized value-added service
Step 4: Superbuy warehouse will start customization after receiving the items and complete it with in 24-48 hours!
Must-Knows:
1) POD is a paid service, and we will evaluate the costs as per the complexity of your customization requirements and the number of your customized items.
2) Fees charged for POD only include printing fees,not the costs for the items. You need to purchase the items and send them to the Superbuy warehouse.
3) You can directly contact our customer service for customization, or send [Template No.] + [Printed Pattern] to Superbuy customer service by choosing from the templates we specifically design.
