Dear users,
Upon notification from the logistics provider, starting from today, DHL requires that shipment sent to all countries via Hong Kong DHL-A (Small) / (Heavy) should be declared in details including item names, materials, uses, etc. on the invoice.
In case of over 5 item names, additional import surcharge of 45 RMB / item name will be charged beginning with the 6th item name. For example, if the parcel includes 8 item names, the additional import surcharge will be 3 * 45 = 135 RMB, which shall be paid by you.
If the shipment verified by the customs at the destination is not consistent with your declaration, you may be solely liable to consequences such as paying fees for modification of customs clearance info, paying penalties, or parcel return. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Suggestion: If there are over 5 item names included in your parcel sent via above lines, you can split the parcel and send the items separately, or you can use Hong Kong UPS (Small) / (Heavy) instead. If delivery time is not your priority, you can choose NL Post Air Mail (Registered). If you still want to use Hong Kong DHL-A (Small) / (Heavy) without parcel splitting, please contact customer service for payment solutions.
The declaration info of shopping agent parcels will be automatically retrieved and filled in by the system. For forwarding parcels, please fill in the declaration info when submitting the forwarding order, as shown in the pic below:
