Superbuy May Request Repayment of Tax for Parcels Sent to UK

According to the official website of UK Customs, as the Brexit transition period is coming to an end, the UK will implement a new tax policy starting Jan. 1, 2021, when the taxation threshold of 15 pounds will be abolished, and EORI numbers and VAT codes will be required for the customs to verify whether the tax has been paid (see the original UK Government Notice here: https://www.gov.uk/eori). Superbuy is an internet-based platform that provides global users with one-stop services such as purchasing from China, order fulfillment, quality inspection, international logistics services (provided by third party couriers) and after-sales service, and taxes incurred from parcels sent to the UK shall be paid by the recipient. However, given that the actual implementation of the new tax policy is subject to changes, we cannot rule out the possibility that the UK Customs will decide that Superbuy is an online market place,so we will pay corresponding taxes on your behalf first.   If this happens, Superbuy reserves the right to request the repayment of tax from you.
