Requirements for Declaring Parcels Sent to Europe via Hong Kong DHL-A (Small/Heavy)

Dear users,

Due to Brexit and EU Customs’ cracking down on undervaluation, if the actual value of any parcel sent to Europe via Hong Kong DHL-A (Small) & Hong Kong DHL-A (Heavy) is less than 51USD, the proof of purchase (invoices, screenshots of purchase) will be required; in case of no such proof, the logistics provider will not send the parcel. For smooth customs clearance, please declare values accurately and provide proof of purchases.
