Notice on Seizure of Parcels with Lower Declared Value by Hong Kong DHL

Hong Kong DHL will strictly inspect all parcels sent to Europe as of today (Oct. 26, 2020), and those suspected with lower declared value (declared value is inconsistent with the actual purchase value) will be temporarily kept in its warehouse. If you receive the email, please provide the authentic "Proof of Transaction" (e.g.invoice, screenshot of purchase, etc.) within 3 days.If the proof is not authentic or not available, the parcel will be returned and you shall pay the handling fee.

Please kindly be informed that the authenticity of the transaction proof will be determined by the customs of the destination country. If the parcel is determined as the one with lower declared value, additional fees will be charged and the original bill will not be provided.
