Notification on the Suspension of Mainland China DHL and Document Route to Philippines

Parcels shipped on and before Sept. 15 will be processed normally, but the process time will be extended. For parcels that are submitted but not shipped out yet, we suggest that you use other lines.

Hello. it depends on logistic company's notification about when it resume. You could check if you could use HK DHL preferential small line or contact our online customer service or sent email to service@superbuy.com to double check which line is appropriate. Thank you
