尊敬的用户， 您好！ 接各大物流商最新通知：由于中国政府及海关政策限制，即日起暂停揽收防疫用品。 以下为不能寄送线路明细： 香港DHL、大货专线、大陆DHL、武汉DHL、加拿大专线、IE、IE-MG、Superbuy经济小包、大货空运专线、大货海运拼柜专线、印度专线、澳大利亚电商小包海运专线。 FedEx IP Pak（仅接受非医疗口罩） DHL Ecommerce (经济小包)线路不可寄送。（4月20日新增） 顺丰小包（原荷兰小包）、普货专线、普货小包不可寄送（4月21日新增） 如您的包裹属于上述情况，已经发货但是尚未安排航班承运，则有可能会被退回我司仓库。请您关注站内信通知，如包裹被退回，可请重新提交其他物流路线或者转寄国内。 另外，由于现在物流时效普遍比较差，如果重新选择寄送，请提前做好心理准备，若是非常紧急的物资，建议您当地购买。 以上路线一旦恢复可用，我们将另行通知。由此给您带来的不便，敬请谅解，感谢您的理解与支持！ superbuy团队 2020.4.21 Part of the shipping line will suspend collection of epidemic prevention products from now on Dear users, Greetings! DHL Ecommerce (Economy Line) will be unavailable as of 20 Apr. SF (Formerly PostNL) Air Mail (small), GeneralCargo Line and General Cargo Line (small) will be unavailable as of 21 Apr. If your parcel is subject to the above situation, and has been shipped while not being scheduled for air transport yet, it may be returned to our warehouse. Please pay attention to your inbox messages, and resubmit your parcel with other logistics routes or forward it domestically in case of return.
