In order to make sure that our service team can continue to provide you with the best services available in July, Superbuy has decided to create the Superbuy Employee Day for our service team.
From July 26, 2018,12:00 AM to July 28, 2018, 8:00 AM (Beijing time), our service team will be participating in the Superbuy Employee Day event and some of our services will not be available, such as order processing service, warehouse service,logistics service, and customer service.
You can still submit orders orenquiries during that period. We will process your orders or enquires after the Superbuy Employee Day.

Services like warehouse operation, order processing, order enquiries, sourcingexpert enquiries, parcel enquiries, customer service hotline, online customerservice, email complaints, QQ group, community, and Weibo enquiries will bepaused during the Superbuy Employee Day. 1、Online Enquiries: During the Superbuy Employee Day (July 26, 2018, 12:00 AM to July 28,2018, 8:00 AM), online customer service, customer service hotline, and QQ groupwill be paused. All services will return to normal on July 28, 2018, 8:00 AM.
Please leave us a message if you have any questions during that period and wewill answer your questions within 2 business days.
2、Email Enquiries:
During the Superbuy Employee Day (July 26, 2018, 6:00 PM to July 28,2018, 8:00 AM), no email enquiry will be answered and the answers to emailenquiries will be delayed for 72 hours based on the time you sent the emails.
For example, if you send us an email on July 27, 2018, 10:00 AM, we will answeryour question by July 30, 2018, 6:00 PM. All services will return to normal onJuly 31, 2018.
3、Parcel Services:
During the Superbuy Employee Day (July 26, 2018, 6:00 PM to July 28,2018, 8:00 AM), the parcel enquires and after-sales services will be paused, theseservices will be delayed for 72 hours based on the time you sent the emails.
For example, if you send us an email on July 27, 2018, 10:00 AM, we will answeryour question by July 30, 2018, 6:00 PM. All services will return to normal onJuly 31, 2018.
4、Proof of Customs Clearance:
During the Superbuy Employee Day (July 26, 2018, 6:00 PM to July 28,2018, 8:00 AM), the orders submitted will be processed after July 28, 2018,8:00 AM, also, those orders will be delayed for 24 hours based on the time yousubmitted the orders.
For example, if you submit an order on July 27, 2018,10:00 AM, we will purchase the product for you by July 29, 2018, 6:00 PM. Allservices will return to normal on July 30, 2018.
5、Order Processing:
During the Superbuy Employee Day (July 26, 2018, 6:00 PM to July 28,2018, 8:00 AM), the orders submitted will be processed after July 28, 2018,8:00 AM, also, those orders will be delayed for 24 hours based on the time yousubmitted the orders. For example, if you submit an order on July 27, 2018,10:00 AM, we will purchase the product for you by July 29, 2018, 6:00 PM.
Allservices will return to normal on July 30, 2018.
6、After-Sales Services:
During the Superbuy Employee Day (July 26, 2018, 6:00 PM to July 28,2018, 8:00 AM), the sourcing expert enquiries submitted will be answered afterJuly 30, 2018, 9:00 AM and they will be delayed based on the time you submitted the enquiries.
All services will return to normal on July 30, 2018.
7、Expert Enquiries:
During the Superbuy Employee Day (July 26, 2018, 6:00 PM to July 28,2018, 8:00 AM), the sourcing expert enquiries submitted will be answered afterJuly 30, 2018, 9:00 AM and they will be delayed based on the time you submittedthe enquiries.
All services will return to normal on July 30, 2018.
8、Business Services:
During the Superbuy Employee Day (July 26, 2018, 6:00 PM to July 28, 2018,8:00 AM), the expert online order service requests submitted will be processedafter July 30, 2018, 9:00 AM and they will be delayed based on the time yousubmitted the requests.
All services will return to normal on July 30, 2018.During the Superbuy Employee Day (July 26, 2018, 6:00 PM to July 28,2018, 8:00 AM), the B2B email enquires will be answered by the end of July 28,2018.
9、Warehouse Operation:
During the Superbuy Employee Day (July 26, 2018, 5:00 PM to July 28,2018, 8:00 AM), warehouse operation services like warehouse stock-in, parcelshipment, value-added services will be paused. The service requests submittedwill be processed after July 28, 2018, 9:00 AM and those requests will bedelayed for 1-3 days based on the order (warehouse stock-in – parcel submission– value-added services) you submitted them.
All services will return to normalon July 30, 2018.
