Super Buy Agents

I roughly have spent 8,000 USD through SuperBuy. And what do you think my service quality has been? Horrible.SuperBuy agents communicate false information to me. They take my money, yet i wait several months for items. They reply over 72 hrs later. They tell me ship dates then once that comes they backtrack and lie. Not to mention that despite the amount i spend, i dont get any discounts.
