Horrible Service

I've used this company several times and never had an issue. But this time I had to purchase all types of additional services and still could not get a resolution without escalating which caused several delays with my orders. I requested an even split of my products, so the shipping cost should be very similar however this was not the case. One of my packages was 1000 more Yuan than my other two packages. I asked my customer service consultant to talk to the warehouse to make sure they put my products in a similar size box but she didn't. Very frustrating!

We have investigated this situation and the results are as follows: When the package is sent out, the weights of your 3 packages are basically the same: PN21******279 (SAL): 3230g PN21******810 (SAL): 3350g PN21******811 (EMS Standard Express): 3360g The reason for the different freight rates is that you have chosen different routes for transportation.The shipping cost of EMS Standard Express is indeed higher than that of SAL.
