Hello! Effective February 7, 2025 (PST), the U.S. will temporarily suspend tariffs on low-value packages from China until the Department of Commerce establishes a comprehensive package processing and tariff collection system. Superbuy has adjusted logistics services to the U.S. starting February 8, 2025 (Beijing Time): 1. Cancellation of Tariff Pre-Collection for All U.S. Lines 2. Refund Procedures for Pre-Collected Tariffs (a) For postal routes: Refunds for pre-collected tariffs from Feb. 5 to Feb. 8 will be processed by Feb. 15. (b) For other logistics routes: · Packages shipped between Feb. 5 and Feb. 7 will be adjusted based on data from the logistics provider. · Packages shipped on Feb. 8 will receive refunds for pre-collected tariffs by Feb. 15. Based on their announcement in Chinese yes, if the cost is lower than what they charged they will refund, but if the cost is higher than what they charged they will request the amount from you

Yes, if the actual customs tariff in the USA is less than 30%, the excess amount that was pre-collected will be refunded to you.
