Although your parcel is delivered by a third party carrier, Superbuy will always adhere to the principle of ingenious services and will do our best to provide the most suitable solution for you by negotiating with third party logistics providers, the whole process of which is cost-free!<br/>

Q2:Customs Inspection<br/>

Customer Service B: Hello, thanks for you question! Parcels shipped abroad need to undergo inspection at the customs of destination countries, which is basically done in the form of spot check. If the customs regards your parcel as a special one (e.g. bulky, heavy or containing sensitive items, etc.), it will contact the recipient for invoice or clearance documents. The costs incurred in the return or destruction of the parcel due to inability to contact the recipient or failure of the recipient to cooperate with procedures of customs clearance will be borne by the recipient.<br/>

Q3:Parcel Returned from Overseas<br/>
