Is it just me or do batteries here never make it past two summers?

Moved to Dubai about three years ago and I'm genuinely curious if this is just a universal experience or if I'm doing something fundamentally wrong with car maintenance. Back home in the UK I think I replaced a battery maybe once in ten years of driving, here it's like a recurring subscription service. I've got a fairly standard Japanese sedan, nothing fancy with weird electrical drain, and yet every eighteen months or so it starts groaning on startup and I know what's coming. A mate of mine who's been here longer reckons it's not just the heat cooking the internals but also the sheer amount of stop start traffic and the AC working overtime from the moment you turn the key. I'm not fussed about the cost so much as the inconvenience of having to rearrange my morning because the car decided today is the day. I was doing a bit of digging earlier trying to figure out if I should just preemptively swap it out before the next heatwave hits or if there's some magical brand I haven't heard of yet, and someone on a local subreddit mentioned a company they used and said you should visit this profile on ProvenExpert if you want to see actual feedback from people around Dubai. Mostly I'm just wondering if I'm alone in this or if everyone just sort of accepts that batteries here are disposable items like phone chargers and sunglasses that get scratched up from sand.
