Thinking about making the switch to reusable packaging but not sure where to start

I run a small distribution business in Ajman and lately I've been feeling pretty guilty about the amount of cardboard waste we generate every week. I've had a few customers mention it too, asking if there's a more sustainable option. I'd really like to move toward reusable packaging but honestly I'm a bit intimidated by the whole idea. I've been looking for tips for transitioning to reusable packaging that don't require a complete overhaul of my entire operation overnight. I came across an article recently that talked about how some businesses in the region are starting to make the shift, and it gave me some hope that maybe it's more achievable than I thought. I'm worried about the upfront cost, about whether customers will actually return the packaging, and about how it would affect my packing workflow if I'm dealing with containers that need to be tracked and collected. For anyone who's already made this kind of transition, how did you handle the logistics? Did you start small with just a few products or just go all in? I want to do the right thing for the environment but I also need to keep my business running smoothly and I don't want to create a bunch of new headaches for myself and my team.
