★Delivery Time of Customized Products★
After the customization of your ordered product is completed within the production period,
the seller will conduct strict quality inspection and arrange delivery if the product is qualified.
(the following delivery time all includes the production period of the customized products;
delivery time only refers to the time for delivery of products to Superbuy warehouse, excluding the time for international shipping)

1. Delivery time of single customized product
Non-footwear: 8-10 working days (excluding the day when the order is placed)
Footwear: 11-13 working days (excluding the day when the order is placed)

2. Delivery time of customized products in large quantities
Customized products in large quantities can be delivered as follows: upon completion of separate batches,
upon completion of the whole order, etc. The delivery time is about 35-45 working days.

The delivery time of customized products in large quantities ( > 5,000 pcs)
can only be determined after consulting with the seller in advance.

★After-sales Policy★
Customized products refer to the products manufactured, produced and delivered with personalized characteristics as required by users
(such as customized patterns, characters, styles and materials provided by users).
Due to their special features, all customized products are not covered by Return & Exchange Guarantee.

In case of serious defects for the customized product, the user can request after-sales services within 30 days
after the delivery of product by the seller and ask shopping agent to negotiate with the seller
(Superbuy and its shopping agents bear no responsibility for the final results).
The shopping agents of Superbuy will actively coordinate with the seller for compensation,
which is expected to be refunded to Superbuy within 3-4 working days.
After receiving the compensation, Superbuy will transfer it to the balance of the user’s Superbuy account within 1-2 working days .
