My experience with superbuy and its agents.

Some agents are great, but some are very unpleasent working with. One agent recieved my item wrong and she asked me if i would like to get it exchanged to get the correct color, i said yes, but i would like to get a different model for the same item just in a different style and i specifically asked to ask the seller if thats okay since he will have to change the color already. She said she will ask him and get things prcoessed and i waited for almost 10 days. When i recieved the item the seller sent me the same old style and only changed the color, so i contacted her again she said okay i will ask him to change it, she did not mention that i will be charged or if the seller wont agree, she just confirmed the exchange and got me the different style and then charged me Y18. The amount is not big, i dont mind, but i do mind the inaccuracy and the waste of time i had to go through and the unresponsiblity of some agents. Some agents, and customer services agents are SUPER great to deal with, yet some are sooooo ANNOYING and unproffesinal. So i would llike to thank all the great proffesinal workers at superbuy and  to those horrible ones i would like to inform them that cause of them many customers are changing taobao agent compaines. Again thank you superbuy.
