Dear Superbuy Users,
Greetings! Following the latest notification from our logistics partners, the European Union will officially abolish the current duty exemption policy for parcels valued under €150, effective July 1, 2026.
From that date, all parcels valued at no more than €150 and sent from non-EU countries (including China) to the EU – regardless of IOSS declaration or postal channels – will be subject to a fixed customs duty of €3 per category of goods (distinguished by the six-digit HS code).
Furthermore, starting from November 2026, an additional clearance processing fee of approximately €2 per parcel will be applied.
From July 1, 2028, the EU will fully transition to standard tariff-based customs collection, abolishing the fixed €3 duty. At that time, all parcels, irrespective of their value, will be liable for full customs duties plus VAT at around 20%.
Special Recommendation:
To avoid extra taxes and clearance costs, we strongly advise you to arrange shipment of any parcels planned for EU destinations as early as possible.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
