[Important Notice] Adjustments to Export Services for Certain Products

Dear Valued Superbuy Customers, In accordance with the latest notices from relevant authorities and logistics service providers, and in compliance with national laws, regulations, and current international shipping restrictions, we wish to inform you of temporary adjustments to our export service for certain products, effective immediately. Details are as follows: 1. Scope of Affected Products Pursuant to Announcement No. 79 of 2025 jointly issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (Regarding the Implementation of Export License Administration for Certain Steel Products), certain steel products and their derivatives have been officially incorporated into the Catalog of Goods Subject to Export License Administration. The official announcement can be found at:  https://www.mofcom.gov.cn/zcfb/z ... 610241788e84c7.html As a result, logistics carriers have currently suspended the acceptance and shipping of the following categories of goods: ●Certain metal materials and products, such as anchor plates, steel coils, iron plates, aluminum rods, cast iron coils, etc. (Please refer to the example image provided by the logistics carrier); ●Other industrial products and raw materials that may be subject to export license administration. 2. Service Adjustment Details ●Suspension of Purchaing and Shipping: Effective immediately, we will suspend the purchasing agent and export shipping services for the aforementioned products. ●In-Transit Parcels: Parcels that have already been dispatched will continue to be delivered. Due to the overall controls, logistics timelines may experience delays. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience. ●Orders in Warehouse: Due to customs compliance requirements, logistics carriers have fully suspended the acceptance of such products. You may consider redirecting them to another domestic address, or applying for a return or exchange ●Resumption of Service: The resumption date will be announced separately based on further developments in policies, regulations, and relevant shipping channels. 3. Friendly Reminder This adjustment is based on national laws, regulations, and force majeure factors within the logistics channels. We fully understand that this may cause inconvenience to your arrangements, and we sincerely apologize for it.
