1.Product Warehousing:
Pause receiving and signing for goods: 17:00 on February 13, 2026
Pre-holiday warehousing timeline: Products signed for before 17:00 on February 13, 2026 will be warehoused by 18:00 on the same day.
Resume receiving and signing for goods: 09:00 on February 23, 2026
Post-holiday warehousing timeline: Due to a large volume of packages after the holiday, there may be delays in processing product warehousing. Thank you for your understanding.
2.Parcel Packing:
Pre-holiday warehousing schedule:
Parcels paid for before 00:00 on February 13 will be packed before the Spring Festival holiday.
Packing schedule after holiday:
Parcels paid for after 00:00 on February 13 will be processed in order of payment starting from 09:00 on February 23.
Friendly reminder: Due to the high volume of packages after the holiday, processing times may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

Processing Time for Withdrawal and Offline Remittance:
Applications submitted between February 13th at 18:00 and February 23rd at 09:00 will be processed starting from February 23rd at 09:30 in the order of submission. The overall processing time will be delayed by approximately 48 hours.
V. Shipping and Logistics
1. Customized Logistics Inquiry Processing Time:
Service Suspension Time: February 13th, 2026, at 18:00
Service Resumption Time: February 24th, 2026, at 09:00

VI. Sharing Activity
Applications for sharing rewards submitted between February 9th at 00:00 and February 22nd at 23:59 will be reviewed starting from February 25th at 09:30, with rewards issued by February 26th.
VII. Value-Added Services Notice
The 10 x compensation policy for value-added services will be suspended from February 13, 18:00 to February 25, 23:59.
From 00:00 on February 26, 2026, the policy will continue to apply for services purchased under this policy.
