Notice of "Superbuy Employee Day" Service Arrangements for Sep. 5

Dear Superbuy User,
Greetings!
We sincerely appreciate your continued support and trust in Superbuy. After a year of dedicated service, our team will observe the "Superbuy Employee Day" holiday on Sep. 5 (hereinafter referred to as "Employee Day"). On this day, our staff will take a temporary break from their busy schedules to recharge, ensuring we can continue delivering even better service to you.
Important Notes:
•Order submission will remain unaffected during Employee Day.
•For time-sensitive or urgent orders, we strongly recommend placing them in advance to avoid potential delays.
•Full services will resume promptly at 09:00 on Sep. 6, with expedited processing for all pending requests.
I. Service Arrangements During Employee Day
During the Employee Day (18:00, Sep. 4 to 09:00, Sep. 6, 2025), the following services will be temporarily suspended and fully restored after the holiday (from 09:00, Sep. 6):

II. Service Resumption Timeline After Employee Day
1. Order Processing
Orders placed between 18:00, Sep. 4 and 09:00, Sep. 6 will be processed within 24 hours after Sep. 6, following the order submission sequence. Example: An order placed at 09:00, Sep. 5 will be completed by 18:00, Sep. 6. Normal service will fully resume starting Sep. 9.
2.Expert Enquiries
Expert enquiries submitted between 18:00, Sep. 4 and 09:00, Sep. 6 will receive responses starting Sep. 8.
3. After-Sales Service
All after-service requests (including order inquiries, shipping reminders, returns/exchanges, etc.) submitted between 18:00, Sep. 4 - 09:00, Sep. 6 will be processed in submission order starting 09:00, Sep. 6, with responses provided within 48 hours. Example: Request submitted on Sep. 5 will be processed by 18:00, Sep. 7. Normal service will fully resume on Sep. 10.
4. Parcel Inquiries / After-Sales
Parcel inquiries and after-sales services submitted between 18:00, Sep. 4 - 09:00, Sep. 6 will be processed with a 24-hour delay based on submission time. Example: Inquiry submitted at 16:00, Sep. 5 will be responded by 16:00, Sep. 7. Normal service will resume on Sep. 9.
5. Instant Support Channels
Live chat and customer service hotline will be suspended from 18:00, Sep. 4 to 09:00, Sep. 6. Services will resume normal operation after 09:00, Sep. 6. During this period, you may still leave messages for us as usual.
6. Email Responses
Email replies will be paused from 18:00, Sep. 4 to 09:00, Sep. 6, with responses sent within 24 hours of submission time after resumption. Example: Email sent 16:00, Sep. 5 will be replied by 16:00, Sep. 7. Normal service resumes Sep. 9.
7. Warehouse Operations
Order receiving & sign off, parcel dispatch, and value-added services will be suspended from 17:00, Sep. 4 to 09:00, Sep. 6. Processing will resume on Sep. 4 in sequential order, with full resume expected within 3 days.
8. 10x Compensation Policy
The policy will be temporarily inactive from 17:00, Sep. 4 to 09:00, Sep. 9, resuming after 09:00, Sep. 9.
9.Customs Clearance Documents
The preparation of customs clearance documents will be suspended from 18:00, Sep. 4 to 09:00, Sep. 6. Documents will be processed within 48 hours after 09:00, Sep. 6. Normal service will resume on Sep. 9.
If your parcel is held by customs, clearance typically requires 3-5 business days. If customs documents are needed, please apply through the parcel page as usual.
