Dear Superbuy Users,
As of May 12, 2025, the U.S. Customs will adjust the tariff rates for low-value parcels imported from Mainland China or Hong Kong. For small parcels with a declared value below $800, the tariff rate will be reduced from 120% to 54%, maintaining a specific duty of $100 per parcel. Additionally, the planned increase of the specific duty to $200 per parcel, set to take effect on June 1, has been canceled. Based on these policy changes and discussions with our logistics service providers, Superbuy will make the following adjustments to our logistics routes:
I. Postal Routes
At present, we have not received any notification from China Post regarding the restoration of capacity. The Superbuy team is actively communicating with logistics partners, and we will inform you as soon as capacity is restored.

e-EMS-HB, SAL, EUB-HB, EMS-HN, EMS Economy-HZ, EMS Preferential Line (USA), China Post Registered Air Mail, EUB-HZ, EMS Preferential Line-HZ.
To ensure your packages are delivered smoothly, we recommend you use shipping routes titled with tax-free(duty-free).
II. Special Routes
Superbuy will gradually reduce shipping fees in line with decreases in logistics costs by our partners.

YunExpress Clothing Registered Air Mail, YunExpress Air Cargo (Batteries), YunExpress Air Cargo (General), US Heavy Cargo By Sea, US Ocean Carriage (Regular Ship), Duty-Free Air Express, US Ocean Cargo (Special), EU&USA Duty-Free Economy Air Mail (General Cargo), EU&USA Duty-Free Economy Air Mail (Batteries), Duty-Free Air Express (Actual Weight), EU&US Duty-Free Air Express (General Cargo), EU&US Duty-Free Air Express-B, EU&US Duty-Free Air Express (Special Cargo).
III. Express Lines
Due to the impact of U.S. tariff policies, there is a risk that recipients might refuse to pay duties on FedEx/UPS/DHL international shipments to the U.S. After careful evaluation, from May 15, 2025, at 12:00, Superbuy will charge a duty deposit based on 45% of the declared value for parcels sent to the U.S. via FedEx/UPS/DHL.
Recipients can claim a refund of the duty deposit from Superbuy after providing proof of duty payment. If the recipient refuses to pay the duty causing the courier company to seek duty payment from Superbuy, we will deduct it directly from the prepaid duty deposit, adjusting for any differences.

UPS(HK)-5500, USA FedEx-B, HK UPS Preferential Line.
[Other Potential Impacts]
Increased Shipping Costs: The significant reduction in U.S. tariff rates has led to tight logistics capacity, resulting in higher prices.
Higher Inspection Rates: Due to changes in U.S. tariff policies, the inspection rate by U.S. Customs has significantly increased, which will noticeably extend transport times. Customers are advised to declare goods' values accurately to avoid detention or fines by customs.
Duty Reassessment: Customs inspections or insufficient capacity may cause delays coinciding with duty reassessment periods, leading to additional duty payments.
