I hope service resumes by August! I use this line for almost all my packages and I'm not in a rush to get them so even if I have to wait an extra 10-15 days it's fine by me! it takes a month normally so I don't mind the extra wait.

If your parcel has been sent successfully before June 30, it is not affected, you can still check the parcel on Parcal tracking. Before the  US Ocean Carriage (Regular Ship) is available again, you can send parcels via other lines like US Packet by Sea and US Heavy Cargo By Sea on our platform.

Hi! I just wanted to let you know that US sea carriage is working fine on our end it seems. I just had a package arrive yesterday and it literally took like 35 days at most from the moment that you shipped it to delivery to my home so hopefully you will have it back soon as an available shipping option.
