Due to Taobao & Tmall 11.11 event rules,Superbuy kindly reminds you of the following :
1. From Nov 8-11 (Beijing Time), the time frame for purchasing may be extended to 72 hrs due to the surging order numbers during the peak of the 11.11 event. For orders placed during this period, We will try our best to complete purchases on Nov 11.
2. 24-hour purchasing services will be provided on the day of the Event. Ordinary order will be processed by our shopping agent as soon as possible, and the processing time of “Speedy Response” order is 2 hour;
3. Nov.11, refund application for purchases on Taobao and Tmall will not be processed. All refund / return applications will be processed one by one after 9:00, 12 Nov.;
4. The product price on the day of the Event shall be subject to the listed price on the webpage of Tmall and Taobao. Some coupons or Tmall bonuses cannot be claimed or redeemed on the day of the Event.
5. Affected by the huge amount of orders, handling of after-sales assignments including order enquiries, expert sourcing and return/exchange applications submitted after 9 Nov. 9 (6:00 p.m.) –12 Nov. will be postponed till 9:00 a.m. of 13 Nov.;
6. The delivery and stock-in of the products purchased during 11 Nov. may be delayed. Please be patient!

I. Tips for 11.11 Superbuy Shopping Event
Tip 1: Snap-up of Limited Deals/Flash Sales
The shopping agents will try their best to snap up the 11.11 Limited Deals/Flash Sales for you, but without any guarantee. Therefore, in order to increase the success rate of snapping up these deals, we recommend that you submit order 1-2 days in advance, so that the shopping agents can get your order highlighted ahead of time for easier and faster purchase.
Tip 2: Purchase of Pre-sale Items (i.e. pay in installment)
For orders of 11. 11 Pre-sale Items (i.e. pay in installment), we suggest that you pay in full in advance, so that our shopping agents will get your orders highlighted ahead of time and snap up the items; If the final price listed on the store is lower than the actual amount you paid, the shopping agents will refund the difference to your Superbuy account.
Note: According to rules for 11.11 Tmall and Taobao Shopping Event, orders of pre-sale items cannot be cancelled and the deposit cannot be refunded. In addition, Return Guarantee and modification of color, size, etc. will not be supported! Please check carefully before placing orders.
Tip 3: To ensure successful purchase and avoid order failure due to stock shortage, payment delay and pending confirmation, etc., we kindly remind you of the following during purchasing:

2. Purchase “Speedy Response” service

If you forget to purchase the service when you place an order, once the order is submitted successfully, you can go to "list of shopping agent orders” and click “value-added service” on the corresponding order to purchase the service if the shopping agent has not purchased your desired item yet.
3. Choose “Order First and Pay Later”
On the day of the Event, it is highly likely that prices will change from time to time. In order to avoid delayed or failed purchase due to delayed payment, we suggest that you choose “Order First and Pay Later” when purchasing “Speedy Response” service. Shopping agents will purchase your desired items if the difference is less than CNY 100, and you can make up the payment within 24 hours.
II. Things that will not be processed on 11 Nov.
No.1: Refund/Return applications will not be processed on 11 Nov.
According to rules for 11.11 Taobao and Tmall Shopping Event, all refund applications will not be processed on 11 Nov. (00:00:00,—23:59:59, 11 Nov.). Therefore, orders under“Purchased”status on 11 Nov. will not be eligible for refund; in case of refund request, our shopping agent will handle it after 11 Nov.
No.2: Some coupons or bonuses cannot be claimed or redeemed on 11 Nov.
Due to ID restrictions on claiming or redeeming coupons and Tmall bonuses, our shopping agents can only claim or redeem these coupons using their Taobao IDs for a limited number of times. In order to ensure your desired items can be purchased in time, we may not be able to claim or redeem some coupons or bonuses on 11 Nov. Thanks for your understanding. III. Processing Time during 11.11 Shopping Event
1. Processing time for orders
24-hour purchasing services will be provided during 11.11 Shopping Event., but due to the surge in order volume, the shopping agent orders on the day of the Event may be delayed. In case of ordinary order, our shopping agent will handle it as soon as possible, and for Speedy Response order, the processing time is 2 hour, during which the price may change correspondingly. 2. Processing time for after-sales services
Due to the surge in order volume during 11.11 Shopping Event, after-sales applications such as order enquiry, expert consultation, expedited delivery, refund/exchange request submitted from 18: 00, 9 Nov. to 24: 00, 12 Nov. (Beijing Time) will be processed after 9: 00, 13 Nov. and users will be notified within 72 hours. As a result of insufficient logistics capacity nationwide during 11.11 Shopping Event, refund and exchange may be delayed. Thanks for your understanding.
3. Transit time for shipment and stock-in
Due to the surge in order volume and insufficient logistics capacity during 11.11 Shopping Event, shipment and stock-in of the items purchased during the Event may be delayed. The exact shipping time shall be subject to the "shipping time" specified on the page of product details in the store. Please be patient!
4. Response Time of Customer Service
On the day of the Event, our online customer service will work: 09:00 - 24:00 on Nov.10 and 09:00 -24:00 on Nov.11, and the previous working hours of 9:00 - 18:00 will be resumed starting Nov.12.
