If the parcel is under “Undelivered”status after 15 working days (i.e. Nov. 29), you can claim compensation of RMB 400 due to parcel delay. If your parcel meets the conditions for compensation, please submit an application to us within 60 calendar days.

II. How to Claim Compensation Take Hong Kong DHL for example. If you’ve purchased Parcel Value Preserver for a parcel shipped out of our warehouse on Nov. 9, the service will be effective Nov. 9. If the parcel has been shipped out for over 2 months with any of its status not updated for over 15 days, you can claim compensation right away.
