Parcel Delays for Some Lines(EMS,SAL,EUB,etc.)

As per the logistics provider, given that the number of flights booked by China Post-affiliated logistics lines to send goods overseas have seen a sharp decrease since Mar. 24, 2021 due to the pandemic, the delivery of some parcels sent via certain lines will be delayed to some extent. Lines involved: EMS-A, EMS Packet Preferential Line, EUB-A, China Post Registered Air Mail, SAL, EUB, EMS Standard Express, EMS Economy Line Countries affected: The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, etc. If you want to send parcels to the above countries, you can use other lines instead, such as NL Post Air Mail (Registered), Hong Kong DHL-A (Small), Hong Kong DHL-A (Heavy), Mainland China DHL, etc. We apologize for the inconvenience. The pandemic has been going on for over a year. Why the sudden decrease in flights? Also, how long is "will be delayed to some extent"? Did China Post provided any estimates? Will packages be flown FIFO (first in-first out) or randomly?

That's kind of odd using the pandemic as an excuse when just recently someone who shipped out their parcel to the U.S on April 8 received their package on April 11. That's 3 days. Meanwhile, I'm on day 22 since my submission where I was advised to ship it out before the Qing Ming to avoid this delay and yet no one hasn't replied back to me regarding this issue before this forum was created. 5-10 days huh? Kind of upsetting that those who followed the agent's advice aren't getting their money and expectation worth. While those who submitted after the Qing Ming festival are getting their item on time. I shipped mine out on the 3/24 and it's really discouraging that everyone else who submitted AFTER my date is getting process as I speak. Yes I'm aware what I'm saying will not speed up the process but it at least gives everyone here an idea of how low the morality is when you've spent a lot of money on shipping on false promises. But hey, y'all already got my money so it doesn't matter at all. I guess in this case, first come DOES NOT get first serve.
