We are here to notify you that a new logistics route - Korea Line (By Sea) will be available as of tonight (June 19). You need to enter the recipient's personal information when using this route. Here are something about this route you need to know: <br/><br/>
1. Products to be accepted include: products with built-in batteries ( the same parcel shipped to the same address could contain 1 such product at most), batteries (the same parcel shipped to the same address could contain 1 battery at most), power bank (the same parcel shipped to the same address could contain 1 power bank at most), cosmetics, nail polish etc, which can be classified as self-use items by the customs.<br/><br/>
2. Products not to be accepted include: counterfeits, e-cigarette oil, liquid, powder, food, medicine and other items that are prohibited by customs regulations. Please choose your products carefully.<br/><br/>
3. Kindly Reminder:<br/>
1) The recipient should cooperate with the customs personnel of the destination country if they ask for assistance in completing customs clearance. In case the outer packaging is damaged when the parcel arrives, the recipient should clarity it with the courier before signing in. We will assist the recipient in contacting the logistics provider for compensation. Please contact us before signing in any parcels, otherwise the claim for compensation may fail.<br/>
2) If the delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the recipient, we can arrange a secondary delivery by charging some fees (the final cost will be subject to the logistics providers) .<br/>
3) As per strict requirement of the logistics provider, you should enter an accurate and correct Korean address, together with the recipient’s PCC code. If the parcel is confiscated or encounters delays for customs clearance after arriving in South Korea because you entered the incorrect PCC code, or the recipient refuses to pay customs duties, the resulting storage fee and other expenses shall be borne by you (the final cost will be subject to the logistics providers).<br/>
4) Compensation policy regarding lost parcels:<br/>
A. In case you have not purchased any insurance, the amount of compensation shall be three times of the freight of the lost parcel, with a maximum of 100 USD;<br/>
B. You can purchase insurance from third parties by yourself (Superbuy does not provide insurance currently), and make claims according to the specific insurance policy.<br/>
5) Delivery to some remote areas is not supported (please check the following Korean addresses for details) . Please do not choose this route if you want to send parcels to these addresses.<br/><br/><br/>
