Notification on Parcel Delay during Peak Season

Dear Users, Due to the surge in order volume and insufficient capacity of air freight caused by the peak season of cross-border online shopping, and the low processing efficiency of the postal service in the destination country, it is expected that the international logistics will be greatly affected, and the estimated delivery time of parcels may be delayed to some extent. Based on current monitoring of Superbuy, the following logistics routes are greatly affected: 1. Some parcels shipped via EMS to countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, etc. are delayed (the estimated delivery time is extended to 15-20 working days). 2. The DHL route is affected by the continuous public events in Hong Kong, so the parcels are more likely to be inspected, some of which are pending for customs processing. At the same time, due to the lack of air space, the overall delivery will be delayed. 3. Some parcels shipped to countries including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Germany, etc. via EUB route have been delayed to some extent. If your package is delayed, please wait patiently. Wouldn't use these guys to order to Canada with EMS. You'll pay 100$ for shipping and never get your package. Package left originating country : OCTOBER 27th, not a SINGLE update and it is now NOVEMBER 14TH.

Hi! I live in Stockholm and recently received a parcel through the Taxfree line. I did notice it taking about five days extra getting forwarded through London Heathrow. After that Postnord takes over and the shipping takes less than a day (maybe the only Postnord service with on time arrival I've ever experienced...). So If you use that service, I think you can expect a minor delay.

My shipping status is still on "left export centre" since the 9th. So im assuming my order is currently in the UK but just hasn't been updated yet for me to know? Considering its most likely been in the Uk because its been over a week since its left china, how longed you think it will take until I get my order? Many Thanks

Does this also affect China Air Post to France? I shipped my order on November 27th and I don't have any information. My shipping status is still on "left export country" since November 30th.
