August 15, 2019 22:00 - August 16 at 22:00 (Beijing time),
The Superbuy Service Center’s staff will participate in the Staff Day event, so some services will be suspended.
Suspension of business departments including: warehousing, customer service, finance, partial orders, etc.
But you don’t have to be worried, you can submit orders normally during this period.

A. "Superbuy Staff Day" service adjustment arrangement
On “Staff Day”, we will suspend warehouse operations, parcel forward manual verification, parcel consultation, customer service phone call, online customer service, customer service email, complaint email, QQ group, community, Weibo consulting and other real-time service channels, and some order processing, order inquiries, and after the vacation, the service will be resumed in time (on 16th August, 2019 at 22:00 o’clock in Beijing time).

B. the "Superbuy Staff Day" service timeliness description<br/>
1. Description of timeliness of instant consultation channels:
During the "Superbuy Staff Day" period (22:00 on 15th August to 22:00 on 16th August), we will suspend online customer service, customer service calls, and QQ group responses. At 22:00 on 16th August, it will officially return to normal. If you have any questions during this period, you can leave us a message and your message will be processed within 2 days.

2. Mailing timeliness description:
During the "Superbuy Staff Day" period (22:00 on 15th August to 22:00 on 16th August), we will suspend the email reply, which will be postponed for 72 hours according to the mail submission time. For example, at 10:00 on August 16th, we will reply to you before 18:00 on August 20th. On August 21st, it will officially return to normal.

3. Description of the timeliness for parcels:
During the “Superbuy Staff Day” period (22:00 on 15th August to 22:00 on 16th August), we will suspend the parcel consultation/parcel after-sale and postpone for 72-hour according to the mail submission time. For example, at 10:00 on August 16th, we will reply to you before 18:00 on August 20th. On August 21st, it will officially return to normal.

4. Description of the timeliness for customs clearance:
If your parcel is detained by customs, normally it will take 3-5 working days to clear. If it involves customs clearance documents, please apply for it through the parcel enquiry page.
During the "Superbuy Staff Day" period (22:00 on 15th August to 22:00 on 16th August), we will stop producing customs clearance certificates. We will complete them within 24 hours as soon as possible after 9:00 on August 17th. It will officially return to normal after 18:00 on 17th August.

5. Ordering timeliness instructions:
Part of the purchase orders submitted during the “Superbuy Staff Day” (from 18:00 on 15th August to 09:00 on 17th August) will be postponed according to the order submission time after 9:00 on August 17th for 24 hours. For example, the order submitted at 9:00 on August 16th will be ordered before 18:00 on August 17th. It will officially return to normal on 18th August.

6. Order after-sales timeliness description:
Part of the agent purchase orders consultation, reminder delivery, return and other after-sales tasks submitted during “Superbuy Staff Day” (from 18:00 on 15th August to 09:00 on 17th August) will be postponed after 9:00 on August 17th. We will postpone 48 hours for the processing according to the submission time. For example, the after-sales service submitted on August 16th will be processed before 18:00 on August 18th. It will officially return to normal on 19th August.

7. Parcel forward order manual verification timeliness description:
The processing of parcel forward orders submitted during Superbuy Staff Day (from 18:00 on 15th August to 09:00 on 17th August) will be postponed after 9:00 on 17th August, and will be processed according to the submitting time. It will return to normal on 18th August.

8. Warehouse operation timeliness description:
During “Superbuy Staff Day” (from 18:00 on 15th August to 09:00 on 17th August) storing added value service and parcel shipping will be postponed after 9:00 on 17th August with an expected delay of 1-2 days. It will return to normal on August 19th.

9. Timeliness for withdrawal of refunds:
During "Superbuy Staff Day" (22:00 on 15th August to 22:00 on 16th August) Customer refunds (non-system automatic refund withdrawals) will be postponed after 9:00 on August 17th. Processing will depend on submitting time, and the delay is expected to be 1 day. It will return to normal on August 17th.

10. Description of the timeliness for offline remittance:
During “Superbuy Staff Day” (22:00 on 15th August to 22:00 on 16th August), the offline remittance application submitted by the customer will be postponed after 9:00 on August 17th. Processing will depend on submitting time, and the delay is expected to be 1-2 days.

11. Virtual order recharge and refund:
During “Superbuy Staff Day” (22:00 on 15th August to 22:00 on 16th August), the virtual order recharge and refund submitted by the customer will be postponed after 9:00 on August 17th. After processing, the delay is expected 1 day. It will return to normal on August 17th.

12. Parcel After-sales and item after-sales:
During "Superbuy Staff Day" (22:00 on 15th August to 22:00 on 16th August), after-sales and after-sales refunds will be postponed after 9:00 on August 17th, and will be processed according to the submitting time, and the delay is expected to be 1-2 days.
