Logistic Line Price Adjustment

Dear Valued Customer:

          As we approach the month of November,we have unfortunately received several price adjustments from the logistics companies.

           1.EMS: Starting on November 1, volume weight will only be calculated if one of the sides is over 60cm. (View Attachment 1)

           2.Preferential Line & Superbuy Tax-Free Line: Starting on November 1, shipping price has been adjusted by 10% and shipping to Canada has been adjusted to volume weight. (View Attachment 2)

           3.SF Logistics Cargo Service: Starting on November 10th shipping price will be adjusted by 2￥/kg (View Attachment 3)

           4.DHL/DHL Express/ Heavy Cargo Standard Express Delivery:Starting on November 1st shipping price has increased 8-10% (View Attachment4).

           5.IE/IE-MG/Australia Express Delivery/Superbuy Economy Line/Heavy Cargo Air Express:Starting on November 6, shipping price has increased by 10% (View Attachment 5).

            Superbuy has always valued their users interest and is deeply sorry for the inconvenience. However, to not influence users’ shopping experience, we have taken serious consideration and made the following adjustments instead:

            1.EMS price adjustment will be borne by Superbuy’s side and not on the user.

            2.SF Logistics Cargo Service additional weight price will be adjusted to 1￥.

            3.Other logistics line will adjust the shipping price by around 5% (DHL logistics line will have a bigger fluctuation in the price adjustment due to different

zones.)

            4. All price adjustments will be postponed to November 21, 2017. (Superbuy will borne all price adjustments from Nov 1-20th 2017)

            We will acknowledge all users if there is a price decrease/adjustment in the future. Thank you for your consideration and support.

no way to continue with superbuy, i was ruined, have buy an item with only 8$ it have 600gr very small size have payed shipping fee 70$, never seen this, also have buy an item with 65$ it have aproximatly 4kg, have pay shipping fee over 177$, no way to buy without know the shipping fee in advance, no superbuy from now, not serious all this.

Tax free line starting ok November 1st? Niiceee Superbuy!

superbuy is used to ship multiple items lol its a waste to ship 1 item since it rounds up to nearest kg

bad service and hight fees on shipping
