Dear Valued Customers,

According to our logistics provider, Hong Kong airport recently saw afire caused by cargo containing batteries, which lead to delays of flights and delivery. As a result, DHL is carrying out strict checks on cargos that may contain batteries. We also suggest users to purchase battery products from trusted brands and sellers.

Please see below the latest country/region list where DHL, DHL Express, and Heavy Cargo Standard Express Delivery reject battery products.
