Very disappointed. I ended up paying 3x as much for shipping as if I had bought it from a seller on Alibaba. Superbuy's shipping rate calculator is useless if you don't know the volume of the shipment, which is impossible to know in advance. So once I had the products in Superbuy's warehouse, the shipping cost was $523 using UPS when the seller on Alibaba was sending me the same thing for $188 using UPS too. Worst of all, once it was shipped, they sent me a message telling me I had to pay even more for shipping, in the end it was $556. Very expensive. But, after pay the difference and confirm the package, I only received points for the value of $513 instead of the value I paid: $556. Superbuy has disappointed me, it is clear that it should not be used to ship light but bulky products. I will reduce my purchases here, will check Alibaba first.
