The buttons were the cutest things I’ve ever seen, I love the designs! Although a couple of the buttons got crushed which I think could’ve been prevented if the cushion was wrapped around the products and not just stuffed on one side, I’m a little sad since this is the second time in a row I had some damage, but I’m still very grateful to get access to these cute merch!

Hi, maybe you can use the EPE Packaging service next time. The EPE packaging service would provide packing products in 3 layers of EPE (with cushioning and anti-shock features) to protect them against damage due to crushing, collision, and falling off.

Yeah I’ve used that option before but I didn’t think I needed it for these small items. I just thought it was weird that the thin epe cushion was stuff on the side and not carefully wrapped around the products but it may have just been rough handling by couriers
