shipping for book to US

i want to buy this book (Black lotus raiders manual ) , which is a two book set with goodies. How much would shipping for a set like this to the US cost the cheapest way? I have never ordered here before so I'm not sure how much the shipping prices usually run for and I tried using the calculator and it's just a bit confusing because don't know what the size or weight of something like this would be. if anybody's ordered books before and can give me a rough estimate I would appreciate it.
