shipping for book to US

i want to buy this book (Black lotus raiders manual ) , which is a two book set with goodies. How much would shipping for a set like this to the US cost the cheapest way? I have never ordered here before so I'm not sure how much the shipping prices usually run for and I tried using the calculator and it's just a bit confusing because don't know what the size or weight of something like this would be. if anybody's ordered books before and can give me a rough estimate I would appreciate it. ( I was also thinking of possibly ordering another book from the same seller ) Thanks!<br/><br/><br/>

Hi there I buy a lot of books and I almost bought the one you have there and I HAVE the second book so I usual use SAL because it’ a lot cheaper but it takes two to three months to get to Canada since im not in hurries and for Sal it starts with a round 20 cad and goes up like 10 cad for every book around 500 grams or so if the books are heavier then the prices go up higher
