I really wanted to thank shopping agent Elena for helping me with one of my current orders (DO21621075603) where she went above and beyond to not only check if I had received the correct product after noticing something missing in the photo inspection, but also contacted the seller to inquire more of the product's situation, then coordinated with the seller to determine what was necessary in order for me to have the bonus items that were originally offered for said product. She did this all extremely quickly in order to ensure that I could apply for a product exchange before the return period expired within hours and offered multiple suggestions for me to choose from in order to receive the product I expected.
