This second parcel is the same as the first parcel which has to wait up to 5 weeks, and the tracking system is very inaccurate, either from China Post or LEADER China Post. the difference between the 3 EMS Service is not clear. because of that problem I had to go to the Pos Indonesia Office Center in JAKARTA with my own money to investigate this parcel. this is very tiring. In this case, I am very grateful to your customer service Colar who did a very good job, and of course it was very tiring for him to have to handle this case. I think Superbuy should re-evaluate some of the EMS lines or provide clarity of the differences to the 3 EMS Services Lines.
