How they get their job done is beyond our control, nor are we able to prevent any accident from happening during transit. However, given our long-term commitment to users’ interests, we will inform you of logistics status in advance, and try our best to assist you in fixing any issues when it happens;
2. Delivery time and shipping costs are top concerns to many users who prefer fast and affordable lines. However, international shipping rates are relatively high, and, as business rules indicate, lines with reliable fast deliveries generally charge more, and lower-priced ones often see slow deliveries or inconsistent delivery time. You can choose the line that best suits your needs, and think carefully before doing so.
Each line available on Superbuy has its own estimated delivery time. However, due to complexities of international logistics, lower-priced lines end up making faster deliveries some time (don’t expect it to always be the case). Though less likely to happen, higher-priced lines do see delays as well, but they do better in inquiry and compensation. Meanwhile, we will negotiate with logistics providers for solutions on your behalf or even compensate you at our own expenses in case of delays.
And for delivery time, please note that if you need something for urgent occasions like travel, important activities and weddings, do not take for granted the delivery time promised by logistics providers (economy lines in particular), and place orders a few days earlier. For high value contents, lines with premium services like DHL and EMS are better options.
3. About shipping restrictions and taxes.
Due to security concerns and import restrictions of different countries, each logistics provider has its own list of prohibited articles. We cannot force them to send what they won’t accept. However, we will clearly display their shipping restrictions, with our system automatically selecting the optimal line for you. Plus, our customer service will help figure out solutions to suit your specific needs. Sensitive items like food may be confiscated by the customs at destination even if the logistics provider manages to send them out. For taxes and duties, local customs will proceed with their own rules and practices, and tax exemption, sampling inspection and default taxation may occur. We cannot guarantee that your parcels will not be taxed at all.
You need to think carefully about the above before sending parcels, and Superbuy will inform you of any issues in advance and assist you in getting them fixed. If you have any questions or specific needs, you can contact our customer service beforehand.
