Always use SAL for shipping to Canada if you want a tax-free experience. Sometimes it is very quick (less than two weeks), sometimes longer. But the cost/performance is the best.

I sent a package with SAL on May 21, and it seems like its just passed customs here May 29, should be delivered in one or two days!! I sent two other package with EUB-A, the one sent on May 1- arrived May 17. But the one sent on April 29 is still stuck on Flight departed!!??? ugh
