This time I feel disappointed

My last package had a magazine that was part of a special collection, and the clerk bent it to fit in the box. This time I had these autographed pictures that came with almost no security at all and bent because of that. They came inside 1 layer of bubble wrap that wasn't sealed, so they fell out of it. I wonder if it will continue happening.
