Delivery Delays for Parcels Sent to South Korea due to COVID-19
Dear users,
Upon notification from Korea Post, due to new Covid-19 cases in Seoul International Mail Interchange Office, handling of imported and exported parcels as well as parcel delivery will be affected by severe shortage of staff in the next few weeks. Given this, parcels recently sent to South Korea via the following logistics lines may see some delivery delays, with service standard effected accordingly.
Lines affected: EMS Standard Express, SAL, EUB, China Post Registered Air Mail, EMS Economy Line, NL Post Air Mail (General), NL Post Air Mail (Registered), NL Post Air Mail (DG).
