Delivery Delays due to Snowstorms in Japan and Western Europe

Dear users,

Due to the snowstorms sweeping across Japan and Western Europe recently (especially in North and Central Italy), delivery time of parcels will be extended accordingly.

In particular, Spain has closed airports due to the historical snowstorm Filomena, resulting in suspension of customs clearance as well as delivery delays by local couriers. Therefore, the process time of customs clearance, pick-up, forwarding and delivery of parcels sent to Spain will be affected.

For now, we are not sure about the severity of delivery delays due to the bad weather, or when the delivery time will get back to normal (subject to local weather). In case of any updates, we will let you know ASAP.
