Due to some bugs affecting account handling between Superbuy and the logistics provider, now you cannot select Mainland China DHL and DHL Document Route on our system, with the service expected to resume on Dec. 14, 2020. In case of urgent need, we suggest that you select Hong Kong DHL-A (small) or Hong Kong DHL-A (heavy).
If delivery time really matters to you, you can submit parcels after the service resumes on Dec14.
If your parcel has been submitted without being sent out, we will send it out after the service resumes, so there will be some delivery delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
