我的第一次Superbuy購物就遇到麻煩

我是英籍華人，第一次用Superbu,代購買了40樣東西，進了「我的倉庫」，提交赴運時被告知有10樣東西不可以寄運，我就先用EMS 寄了可以寄的30個樣東西，剩下10我想寄到香港或廣州的地址，可以嗎？怎樣可以找到客服溝通（我在手機版的Superbuy完全找不可以溝通的渠道，請問大家有何建議？謝謝你們? 我想進入「用戶服務」，就永遠彈出這個畫面，我是否中招了，上了虛假網站？所以永遠找不到與客服溝通的渠道？I am a British Chinese.
