Notice on Transit Time and Service Timeliness during May Day holiday(updated 29 Apr. )

Greetings!

Upon the notice from logistics providers, the transit time of various logistics routes will be extended for 1-5 days and the feedback regarding parcel query and after-sales will be delayed during May Day Holiday (May 1 - 5, Beijing Time).

Since our staff at Guang Dong Warehouse will have a day off on 1 May, parcels arriving at the warehouse that day will be signed as of 2 May, with the timeliness of product stock-in extended for 1-3 days. Parcels submitted after 17:00 on 30 Apr. will be shipped out as of 2 May, with the timeliness of parcel outbound extended for 1-3 days.

Our service timeliness of order processing, warehousing and customer service will remain unchanged during the holiday. Please wait patiently. In addition, the international logistics service has seen significant delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We apologize for any inconvenience caused! Thank you for your understanding and support!
