Parcel Delays, Shipping Cost Hikes, Extended Service Timeliness due to COVID-19 Pandemic

Dear users,
Greetings!
Upon notice from logistics providers, due to the COVID-19 pandemic across the world, all logistics routes are affected to some extent. Please be kindly informed of the following, and make preparations in advance. In case of any changes, we may not be able to notify you in time:
1. Transit time may see extensive 【Delays】
Due to insufficient manpower, flight reductions, enhanced epidemic prevention and control measures in destination countries as well as natural disasters overseas (e.g. storm), parcels shipped via multiple logistics routes with short transit time before (e.g. Mainland China DHL and Hong Kong DHL) may be delayed. With traffic restrictions still enforced across China, the shipping timeliness of sellers may be extended, and parcels shipped to Hubei Province are not accepted by logistics providers for the time being! We apologize for the inconvenience caused!
2. Shipping cost may see significant 【Hikes】
Given that some international routes may be affected due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the logistics providers will increase the shipping cost in response. Please be kindly informed of this.
3. For epidemic protective equipment, please【Choose Logistics Routes Carefully】
As China Customs has strengthened the inspection and control of epidemic protective products, we suggest you to avoid the following routes: Hong Kong DHL, Heavy Cargo Standard Express, Mainland China DHL, Wuhan DHL, Canada DHL, IE, IE-MG, Superbuy Economic Line, Heavy Cargo Air Express, Ocean Carriage, India Express, Australia E-Packet (By Sea)
4. Subject to the situation of third parties, the timeliness of all our other services may be【Extended】

能夠預估國際運費嗎? 我無法預估包裹大小跟重量. 本來想買融燭檯燈, 但是考慮到易碎物品以及大理石坐檯. 如果可以預估運費, 那就太好了! 謝謝!

Hi, I've seen just a few days ago that the China Post and EMS option is available again for shipping to Peru, just wanted to know if you could confirm that they are available again in order to ship asap the items that I have stored in the warehouse? Thanks.

My problem is: the EUB shippment mode is not avaiable right now. Im avoiding buying new things because i dont know if there will be EUB back again. There are any chances we got EUB back as option for ship to Brazil in next weeks?
