Review for the customer services staff corawang

I'd like to say that Mr Corawang of the customer services team has done a great job. It was easy to communicate with him and he understood the complicated situation very quickly, whereas I have gone through the same situation with another staff who wasn't able to understand it correct hence I did not have the matter resolved. Corawang informed me that he will put a note along with all the other details, and I would be able to receive a refund for the service that hasn't been completed correctly. Although the matter has not yet been solved, I am confident that he will be able to solve the problem :) Hope that Superbuy would allow agent assignment so that a customer can be assigned to just one staff rather than having a different agent every time, so we can build rapport and the agent can receive tips often for their great service!
