....由于Superbuy澳大利亚电商小包海运专线延误程度有明显加剧趋势，经过我们反复沟通，承运物流商始终无法有效解决问题。此外该物流供应商在包裹查询、异常处理、丢件赔偿处理等环节均有拖沓现象存在，已影响到我司的服务准则。

....经过慎重考虑，我司现计划于2018年11月30号暂停此路线，在此时间之前提交的包裹我们仍会持续为您跟进。由此给您造成的不便，我们深表歉意，我们会继续为您寻求优质的线路。如果有任何问题，请及时联系在线客服为您处理。

Dear Users,

There are increased parcel delays associated with the Superbuy Australia E-Packet （By sea）. We have already communicated with the logistics provider many times, however, the logistics provider could not offer a valid solution to the problem. Also, the logistics provider is slow on handling problems like parcel tracking, lost parcel compensation, and error enquiries. These problems are hurting our service standards and reputation.

We discussed the issue carefully and decided to suspend this line from Nov 30, 2018 but we will still follow the parcels submitted before Nov 30, 2018. We apologize for any inconvenience and we will continue to search for better logistics lines for you. If you have any questions, please contact our online customer service team.

The logistics provider was very good for the parcels I had delivered. When you order by sea shipping you have to be patient. The delays are caused by slow australian customs. You get what you pay for.

I am happy with the logistics provider Superbuy Australia E-Packet By sea not only because it is cheaper to have the parcel delivered to Australia but also because there are not many delays.

其实我蛮喜欢海运的耶，虽然慢可是价格便宜，每次拿到包裹也都很好

强烈想要恢复海运包裹，，真的性价比特别高，我觉得挺好的，为什么要停呢。。唉，如果这样，只能去找别的转运了，毕竟其他海运20kg只要350rmb。。因为喜欢superbuy所以，这里的海运贵我也选择superbuy。。可是现在海运没了，无奈也只能舍弃这里了。。。什么时候海运恢复了，我还选择supeubuy

Bring back epacket by sea please. i want order more heavy item but cost too much to ship air. im happy to wait for sea shipping. if i ship bby sea i expect longer wait times.
